When is my first invoice generated?

Billing runs monthly. Your first invoice covers from the activation date and appears in the portal as soon as it is generated.

What happens to last month’s unpaid amount?

It is carried forward onto the new invoice, so the latest invoice always shows everything you owe today — not just this month’s charge.

Can I change package mid-month?

Yes. Ask us and the change is applied to your connection; it is reflected on your next invoice.
